It will be so convincing, so seemingly reasonable, so irresistible, that\u00a0the world in general will &#8220;worship&#8221; it. <span class=\"footnote_referrer\"><a role=\"button\" tabindex=\"0\" onclick=\"footnote_moveToReference_25486_1('footnote_plugin_reference_25486_1_2');\" onkeypress=\"footnote_moveToReference_25486_1('footnote_plugin_reference_25486_1_2');\" ><sup id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_25486_1_2\" class=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text\">[2]<\/sup><\/a><span id=\"footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_25486_1_2\" class=\"footnote_tooltip\">Rev 13:12<\/span><\/span><script type=\"text\/javascript\"> jQuery('#footnote_plugin_tooltip_25486_1_2').tooltip({ tip: '#footnote_plugin_tooltip_text_25486_1_2', tipClass: 'footnote_tooltip', effect: 'fade', predelay: 0, fadeInSpeed: 200, delay: 400, fadeOutSpeed: 200, position: 'top right', relative: true, offset: [10, 10], });<\/script> The word for worship here in the Latin is <em>adorare<\/em>:\u00a0people will &#8220;adore&#8221; the Beast.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Brothers and sisters, I no longer believe this is a future kingdom. The foundations and even walls of this kingdom are seemingly being erected as we speak, though when it takes full power is unknown to us. As you read in<em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/living-the-book-of-revelation-2\/\">Living the Book of\u00a0Revelation<\/a>, <\/em>several pope&#8217;s have compared our times to chapters Revelation 12 and 13 where the Beast emerges. But perhaps the nearness of this diabolical rule can be better perceived by examining further that &#8220;harlot&#8221;\u00a0who, for a time, rides upon the Beast&#8230;\u00a0a harlot that appears\u00a0in all respects to be <em>unfettered Capitalism<\/em>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, mono; font-size: small;\">I saw a woman seated on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names, with seven heads and ten horns. The woman was wearing purple and scarlet and adorned with gold, precious stones, and pearls. She held in her hand a gold cup that was filled with the abominable and sordid deeds of her harlotry. On her forehead was written a name, which is a mystery, \u201cBabylon the great, the mother of harlots and of the abominations of the earth.\u201d\u00a0(Rev 17:3-5)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">COMMUNISM: GROUND ZERO<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Now, I want to point out to you, as simply as I can, the two <em>seemingly<\/em> competing ideologies in the last century: Communism\u00a0and Capitalism. Now, Our Lady did not appear in 1917 to warn about\u00a0Capitalism\u00a0<em>per se<\/em>. She came to warn about the spread of &#8220;Russia&#8217;s errors&#8221; which\u00a0were embodied in Communism<em>, <\/em>namely <em>atheism\u2014<\/em>disbelief in God, and consequently <em>materialism<\/em>\u2014the belief\u00a0that nothing but matter exists for us to possess and manipulate to our own ends. Pope John Paul II characterized this &#8220;rebellion&#8221; against the Holy Spirit as the core of Marxism, which was the philosophical heart of Communism.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>In principle and in fact, materialism radically excludes the presence and action of God, who is spirit, in the world and above all in man. Fundamentally this is because it does not accept God&#8217;s existence, being a system that is essentially and systematically atheistic. This is the striking phenomenon of our time: <em>atheism<\/em>&#8230; <\/strong>\u2014POPE JOHN PAUL II, <em>Dominum et Vivificantem, <\/em>&#8220;On the Holy Spirit in the Life of the Church and the World&#8221;, n. 56; <a href=\"http:\/\/w2.vatican.va\/content\/john-paul-ii\/en\/encyclicals\/documents\/hf_jp-ii_enc_18051986_dominum-et-vivificantem.html\">vatican.va<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7221 alignleft\" style=\"margin: 2px 5px 2px 5px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/olg-dragon_001.jpg\" width=\"259\" height=\"391\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/olg-dragon_001.jpg 259w, https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/12\/olg-dragon_001-199x300.jpg 199w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 259px) 100vw, 259px\" \/>In order to counter these lies of the dragon (Rev 12:3),\u00a0Our Lady, the &#8220;mediatrix of grace&#8221;, asked for conversion, penance, and the consecration of Russia to her Immaculate Heart. But we were late, and some argue, that it has not happened.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Since we did not heed this appeal of the Message, we see that it has been fulfilled, Russia has invaded the world with her errors. And if we have not yet seen the complete fulfilment of the final part of this prophecy, we are going towards it little by little with great strides. If we do not reject the path of sin, hatred, revenge, injustice, violations of the rights of the human person, immorality and violence, etc. <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2014from the third part of the secret to visionary Sr. Lucia; in a letter to the Holy Father, May 12th, 1982; <em>The Message of Fatima<\/em>, vatican.va<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Now, how exactly have the &#8220;errors&#8221; of Russia been spread? First, understand brothers and sisters that Communism in its form as we have seen in the former U.S.S.R, China, and present-day North Korea\u00a0is not necessarily the goal, though the <em>totalitarianism<\/em> we see there is its necessary conclusion.\u00a0Rather, the goal all along has been to spread the &#8220;errors&#8221; of practical atheism and materialism\u00a0to corrupt <em>democracy<\/em>. Indeed, as I explained in\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/mystery-babylon\/\">Mystery Babylon<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>and <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/the-fall-of-mystery-babylon\/\">The Fall of Mystery Babylon<\/a>, <\/em>Russia was\u00a0merely ground zero for the secret societies engineering Satan&#8217;s plan, those&#8230;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">&#8230;authors and abettors who considered Russia the best-prepared field for experimenting with a plan elaborated decades ago, and who from there continue to spread it from one end of the world to the other.<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> \u2014POPE PIUS XI, <em>Divini Redemptoris<\/em>, n. 24; <a href=\"http:\/\/w2.vatican.va\/content\/pius-xi\/en\/encyclicals\/documents\/hf_p-xi_enc_19031937_divini-redemptoris.html\">www.vatican.va<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Thus, with the fall of the Berlin Wall and dissolution of the U.S.S.R., Communism did not die, but rather, changed face. In fact, the &#8220;collapse&#8221; of the Soviet Union was entirely planned years in advance. You can read about that in <em>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/the-fall-of-mystery-babylon\/\">Fall of Mystery Babylon<\/a><\/em>. The essential goal was a &#8220;restructuring&#8221; or &#8220;perestroika&#8221; as it was called. Michel Gorbachev, then leader of the Soviet <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/berlincollapse_000.jpg\" width=\"268\" height=\"318\" align=\"right\" hspace=\"2\" vspace=\"1\" \/>Union, was on record speaking before the Soviet Politburo (policy-making committee of the Communist party) in 1987 saying:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Gentlemen, comrades, do not be concerned about all you hear about Glasnost and Perestroika and democracy in the coming years. They are primarily for outward consumption. There will be no significant internal changes in the Soviet Union, other than for cosmetic purposes. Our purpose is to disarm the Americans and let them fall asleep.<\/strong> \u2014from<em> Agenda: the Grinding Down of America,<\/em> documentary by Idaho Legislator Curtis Bowers; <a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/ondemand\/agendagrindingamerica\/63749370\">www.vimeo.com<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The ploy was to lure that portion of America that was not only patriotic, but moral, into a slumber that only <em>corruption<\/em> can bring about, and through her, <em>spread<\/em> this corruption throughout the world. For these goals were conceived well over five decades ago:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">#17 Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current Communist propaganda. Soften the curriculum. Get control of teachers\u2019 associations. Put the party line in textbooks.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">#28 Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of \u201cseparation of church and state.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">#31 Belittle all forms of American culture and discourage the teaching of American history\u2026<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-32808\" style=\"margin: 2px 5px 2px 5px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/nakedcommunist.jpg\" width=\"260\" height=\"416\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/nakedcommunist.jpg 375w, https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/nakedcommunist-188x300.jpg 188w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 260px) 100vw, 260px\" \/>#29 Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">#16 Use technical decisions of the courts to weaken basic American institutions by claiming their activities violate civil rights.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">#40 Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity, masturbation and easy divorce.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">#25 Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">#26 Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as \u201cnormal, natural, healthy.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">#20, 21 Infiltrate the press. Gain control of key positions in radio, tv, and motion pictures.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">#27 Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with \u201csocial\u201d religion. Discredit the bible.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">#41 Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>All of this has been accommodated and actively promoted by the mainstream media who practically act as the image of the beast:<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/mainstream.jpg\" width=\"260\" height=\"194\" align=\"right\" hspace=\"2\" vspace=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">There is another explanation for the rapid diffusion of the Communistic ideas now seeping into every nation, great and small, advanced and backward, so that no corner of the earth is free from them. This explanation is to be found in a propaganda so truly diabolical that the world has perhaps never witnessed its like before. It is directed from one common center. <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2014POPE PIUS XI, <em>Divini Redemptoris: On Atheistic Communism<\/em>, n. 17<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>And thus we have arrived at an hour where the errors of Russia have indeed spread and the goals of atheism have been achieved: to lead man to see himself as a god with all his scientific powers, and thus, have no need of the Creator.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2026the atheistic movements\u2026 had their origin in that school of philosophy which for centuries had sought to divorce science from the life of the Faith and of the Church. <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2014POPE PIUS XI, <em>Divini Redemptoris: On Atheistic Communism,<\/em> n. 4<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">America has been converted\u2014she gave up, without even a fight, just as Gramsci\u2019s plan said she would. <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2014<em>She Shall Crush Thy Head<\/em>, Stephen Mahowald, p. 126<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>THE BEAST TOLERATES THE HARLOT<\/p>\n<p>Now, something remarkable comes into view\u2014knowledge we can only gain with hindsight. In St. John&#8217;s description of the Beast\u00a0with &#8220;seven heads and ten horns&#8221;, the ten horns represent &#8220;ten kings&#8221; (Rev 17:12). In the mystical writings of the late Fr. Stefano Gobbi, which bear the<em> Imprimatur, <\/em>Our Lady makes an observation that is consistent with what several popes have warned: <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/masonry_000.jpg\" width=\"255\" height=\"321\" align=\"left\" hspace=\"5\" vspace=\"2\" \/>that <em>secret societies <\/em>are working toward the overthrow of the present order.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong><em>The seven heads indicate the various masonic lodges, which act everywhere in a subtle and dangerous way. This Black Beast has ten horns and, on the horns, ten crowns, which are signs of dominion and royalty. Masonry rules and governs throughout the whole world by means of the ten horns.<\/em><\/strong> \u2014alleged message to Fr. Stefano, <em>To the Priest, Our Lady\u2019s Beloved Sons<\/em>, n. 405.d-e<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>\u2026that which is their ultimate purpose forces itself into view\u2014namely, the utter overthrow of that whole religious and political order of the world which the Christian teaching has produced, and the substitution of a new state of things in accordance with their ideas, of which the foundations and laws shall be drawn from mere naturalism. <\/strong>\u2014POPE LEO XIII, <em>Humanum Genus<\/em>, Encyclical on Freemasonry, n.10, Apri 20thl, 1884<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">You are aware indeed, that the goal of this most iniquitous plot is to drive people to overthrow the entire order of human affairs and to draw them over to the wicked <em>theories<\/em> of this Socialism and Communism\u2026<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> \u2014POPE PIUS IX, <em>Nostis et Nobiscum<\/em>, Encyclical, n. 18, DECEMBER 8, 1849<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>So we have this Beast\u00a0which wishes to dominate the world. But it&#8217;s clear that it is allowing this &#8220;harlot&#8221; of unfettered Capitalism to ride upon it for only a time. For St. John writes:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, mono; font-size: small;\">The ten horns that you saw and the beast will hate the harlot; they will leave her desolate and naked; they will eat her flesh and consume her with fire. For God has put it into their minds to carry out his purpose and to make them come to an agreement to give their kingdom to the beast until the words of God are accomplished. The woman whom you saw represents the great city that has sovereignty over the kings of the earth.\u00a0(Rev 17:16-18)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>What is this city, also known as &#8220;Babylon&#8221;? The popes, once again, give us a deeper insight into the unbridled activity of this harlot.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>The Book of Revelation includes among the great sins of Babylon \u2013 the symbol of the world\u2019s great irreligious cities \u2013 the fact that it trades with bodies and souls and treats them as commodities (cf. Rev 18:13). In this context, the problem of drugs also rears its head, and with increasing force extends its octopus tentacles around the entire world \u2013 an eloquent expression of the tyranny of mammon which perverts mankind. No pleasure is ever enough, and the excess of deceiving intoxication becomes a violence that tears whole regions apart \u2013 and all this in the name of a fatal misunderstanding of freedom which actually undermines man\u2019s freedom and ultimately destroys it.<\/strong> \u2014POPE BENEDICT XVI, On the occasion of Christmas Greetings, December 20th, 2010;<a href=\"http:\/\/w2.vatican.va\/content\/benedict-xvi\/en\/speeches\/2010\/december\/documents\/hf_ben-xvi_spe_20101220_curia-auguri.html\"> http:\/\/www.vatican.va<\/a>\/<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>While Babylon seems to encompass all the &#8220;irreligious\u00a0cities&#8221; of the world, could we not say that their &#8220;mother&#8221; is in New York, where the <em>stock exchange, World Trade Center<\/em>, and <em>United Nations <\/em>truly influence and <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/beastmarket.jpg\" width=\"326\" height=\"201\" align=\"right\" hspace=\"2\" vspace=\"1\" \/>manipulate the freedoms and sovereignties of the nations primarily through the power of <em>economics? <\/em>But we read that the Beast &#8220;hates&#8221; the harlot. Never has humanity had such power over itself, yet nothing ensures that it will be used wisely, particularly when we consider how it is currently being used. We need but think of the nuclear bombs dropped in the middle of the twentieth century, or the array of technology which Nazism, Communism and other totalitarian regimes have employed to kill millions of people, to say nothing of the increasingly deadly arsenal of weapons available for modern warfare. In whose hands does all this power lie, or will it eventually end up? It is extremely risky for a small part of humanity to have it. <\/strong>\u2014Laudato si\u2019, n. 104; <a href=\"http:\/\/w2.vatican.va\/content\/francesco\/en\/encyclicals\/documents\/papa-francesco_20150524_enciclica-laudato-si.html\">www.vatican.va<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Benedict XVI warned that these\u00a0economic forces were\u00a0no longer regional\u00a0but global:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2026without the guidance of charity in truth, this global force could cause unprecedented damage and create new divisions within the human family\u2026 humanity runs new risks of enslavement and manipulation.<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> \u2014POPE BENEDICT XVI, <em>Caritas in Veritate<\/em>, n.33, 26<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Pope Francis went further, suggesting that the present system has been deified, that is, <em>adored <\/em>to the exclusion of human dignity.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A new tyranny is thus born, invisible and often virtual, which unilaterally and relentlessly imposes its own laws and rules. But I think we can contend, brothers and sisters, that it is late, if not too late. The collapse of morality in the United States\u00a0and the Western World is staggering, and with it, the collapse of <em>ethics <\/em>in science, medicine, education and most notably, the economy. We have strung about our necks the noose of <em>greed <\/em>tied by the knot of <em>sensuality<\/em>,\u00a0and placed the rope back into the hands of those &#8220;unseen&#8221; powers who seek to dominate the world (moreover, I am not so sure that Russia, China, North Korea, or ISIS want America to become &#8220;great again&#8221;). Suddenly, Blessed John Henry Newman&#8217;s warning takes on an alarming significance:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>When we have cast ourselves upon the world and depend for protection upon it, and have given up our independence and our strength, then [Antichrist] may burst upon us in fury as far as God allows him. Then suddenly the Roman Empire may break up, and Antichrist appear as a persecutor, and the barbarous nations around break in. <\/strong>\u2014Blessed John Henry Newman, Sermon IV: The Persecution of Antichrist<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>When? We do not know. But what seems to be apparent is that the harlot\u00a0is in her final stages before she utterly collapses <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-25494\" style=\"margin: 2px 5px 2px 5px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/revelers-1-823x1024.jpg\" width=\"260\" height=\"324\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/revelers-1-823x1024.jpg 823w, https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/revelers-1-1235x1536.jpg 1235w, https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/revelers-1-241x300.jpg 241w, https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/revelers-1-768x955.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/revelers-1.jpg 1608w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 260px) 100vw, 260px\" \/>and a totalitarian system takes its place\u2014as the goals of <em>The Naked Communist<\/em> have been fulfilled, and moral <em>lawlessness <\/em>abounds (see <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.markmallett.com\/blog\/the-hour-of-lawlessness\/\">The Hour of Lawlessness<\/a><\/em>).<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, mono; font-size: small;\">She held in her hand a gold cup that was filled with the abominable and sordid deeds of her harlotry&#8230; She has become a haunt for demons. She is a cage for every unclean spirit, a cage for every unclean bird, [a cage for every unclean] and disgusting [beast]. (Rev 17:4, 18:2)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>And so, the rise of the Beast, it appears, is steered not by Communism as we know it, but by Capitalism as it <em>has become\u2014<\/em>at least for a time\u2014until the Beast is ready to devour the entire world.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">&#8230;throw-away culture created by the powers that control the economic and financial policies of the globalised world. <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u2014special audience with members of the confederation of Italian cooperatives at the Vatican, TIME Magazine, February 28th, 2015<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>This is essentially what Jesus warned too:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, mono; font-size: small;\">As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be in the days of the Son of Man; they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage up to the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. Similarly, as it was in the days of Lot: they were eating, drinking, buying, selling, planting, building; on the day when Lot left Sodom, fire and brimstone rained from the sky to destroy them all. (Luke 17:26-29)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, mono; font-size: small;\">Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, that made all the nations drink the wine of her licentious passion&#8230;. The kings of the earth had intercourse with her, and the merchants of the earth grew rich from her drive for luxury&#8230; in their wantonness [they] will weep and mourn over her when they see the smoke of her pyre. (Rev 14:8; 18:3,\u00a09)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>What I&#8217;ve written above, brothers and sisters, is knowledge. But we have to let this knowledge move us into <em>God&#8217;s <\/em>plan. It is a call to conversion while there is still time. In Jesus, through Mary, God is our refuge\u00a0<em>always,\u00a0<\/em>and no man or Beast can steal His children from His hands&#8230;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, mono; font-size: small;\">Then I heard another voice from heaven say: \u201cDepart from her, my people, so as not to take part in her sins and receive a share in her plagues, for her sins are piled up to the sky\u2026&#8221;
