I<\/b>\u00a0heard a startling claim from a scientist nearly a decade ago. The world is not warming\u2014it is about to enter a cooling period, even a “little ice age.”\u00a0He based his theory on examining past ice ages, solar activity, and the natural cycles of the earth. Since then, he has been echoed by dozens of environmental scientists from around the world who posit the same conclusion based on one or more of the same factors. Surprised? Don’t be. It’s another “sign of the times” of the approaching multi-faceted winter of chastisement…<\/p>\n

THE ECONOMIC WINTER<\/p>\n

The assertion that the global climate is actually warming<\/em> due to man-made “greenhouse gases” has led to strong measures being taken by governments to curb emissions. These include shutting down energy producing sources such as coal factories and spending billions on “renewable” technologies. Perhaps most alarming, though, is the imposition of “carbon taxes” on nations, or rather, individuals<\/em> like you and me. Carbon taxes have nothing to do with curbing emissions but, in fact, reveal the whole scheme<\/em> behind the increasingly unscientific theory of man-made global warming: the redistribution of wealth.\u00a0The Chief Climate Change official of the United Nations, Christine Figueres, stated:<\/p>\n

This is the first time in the history of mankind that we are setting ourselves the task of intentionally, within a defined period of time, to change the economic development model that has been reigning for at least 150 years\u2014since the industrial revolution.<\/b> \u2014November 30th, 2015;\u00a0unric.org<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
