THE DUTY OF THE MOMENT THAT I MOST OFTEN FAIL TO OBEY,
\nI WILL DO MY VERY BEST TO IMPROVE.<\/span><\/p>\n

I WILL KEEP SILENT BEFORE OTHERS WHO GRUMBLE.<\/span><\/p>\n

I MUST TAKE NO HEED OF THE OPINION OF OTHERS.<\/span><\/div>\n
\n

I MUST DO EVERYTHING AND ACT IN ALL MATTERS NOW\u00a0
\n<\/span>AS I WOULD LIKE TO DO AND ACT AT THE HOUR OF MY DEATH.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

I MUST SPEAK LITTLE WITH PEOPLE, BUT A GOOD DEAL WITH GOD. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0I MUST PAY LITTLE ATTENTION AS TO WHO IS FOR ME
\nAND WHO IS AGAINST ME.<\/span><\/p>\n

I MUST NOT TELL OTHERS ABOUT THOSE THINGS

I MUST MAINTAIN PEACE AND EQUANIMITY DURING
\nTIMES OF SUFFERING.<\/span><\/p>\n

IN DIFFICULT MOMENTS I MUST TAKE REFUGE IN
