Hear, O kings, and understand;<\/span> <\/p>\n IN<\/strong> several countries around the world, Remembrance Day or Veterans’ Day, on or near November 11th, marks a somber day of reflection and gratitude for the sacrifice of millions of soldiers who gave their lives fighting for freedom. But this year, the ceremonies will ring hollow for those who have watched their freedoms evaporate in front of them.<\/p>\n For those<\/em> millions who have been robbed of their livelihoods, barred from local businesses, deprived of medical assistance, and discriminated against by their neighbours for simply exercising their moral right to refuse an experimental medical procedure<\/a> that has seriously injured millions and killed scores around the world.[1]<\/sup><\/a>cf. \nlearn, you magistrates of the earth\u2019s expanse!<\/span>
\nHearken, you who are in power over the multitude<\/span>
\nand lord it over throngs of peoples!<\/span>
\nBecause authority was given you by the Lord<\/span>
\nand sovereignty by the Most High,<\/span>
\nwho shall probe your works and scrutinize your counsels.<\/span>
\nBecause, though you were ministers of his kingdom,
\nyou judged not rightly,<\/span>
\nand did not keep the law,<\/span>
\nnor walk according to the will of God,<\/span>
\nTerribly and swiftly shall he come against you,<\/span>
\nbecause judgment is stern for the exalted\u2013<\/span>
\nFor the lowly may be pardoned out of mercy\u2026\u00a0<\/span>
