I have been discerning writing this series for over two years now. I have touched on some aspects already, but lately, the Lord has given me a green light to boldly proclaim this “now word.” The real cue for me was today’s Mass readings<\/a>, which I’ll mention at the end…\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

AN APOCALYPTIC WAR… ON HEALTH<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

THERE<\/strong> is a war on creation, which is ultimately a war on the Creator himself. The attack runs broad and deep, from the smallest microbe to the pinnacle of creation, which is man and woman created “in the image of God.”<\/p>\n

It’s interesting that Scripture uses the serpent <\/em>or dragon <\/em>as a symbol of Satan, the father of lies whom Jesus said was a “murderer from the beginning” (John 8:44). Both are known to inject venom into their victims in order to kill and even consume them.[1]<\/sup><\/a>The Indonesian Komodo Dragon hides, waiting for his prey to pass by, and then strikes them with his deadly venom. When the prey has been overcome by his poison, the Komodo returns to finish it off. Likewise, only when societies have fully succumbed to Satan\u2019s poisonous lies and deceptions does he finally rear his head, which is death<\/em>.<\/span><\/span>
