Wannan "tsaka-tsakin tsaka-tsaki" shine abinda St. Bernard ya ambata a matsayin zuwan "tsakiyar" Kristi a cikin tsarkakansa:

Iyayen Cocin sun fahimci wannan ya zama “zamanin zaman lafiya”, “hutun Asabar” ga Cocin. Yana da Eucharistic mulki na Kristi zuwa iyakan duniya a cikin kowace al'umma: mulkin tsarkakakkiyar zuciya.

Wannan “ƙaunatacciyar kauna” ita ce mulkin da Magabata na Ikilisiya na farko da yawa suka yi magana akansa:

Koyaya, tunda muna ma'amala a nan, ba tare da Jama'a ba, amma abin da ake kira "wahayi na sirri", akwai sarari don fassarar menene wannan "lokacin zaman lafiya".
