MILIARDE de oameni au venit și au plecat în ultimele două milenii. Cei care erau creștini așteptau și sperau să vadă a doua venire a lui Hristos ... dar, în schimb, au trecut prin ușa morții pentru a-L vedea față în față.
Se estimează că aproximativ 155 000 de oameni mor în fiecare zi și se naște puțin mai mult decât atât. Lumea este o ușă rotativă a sufletelor.
V-ați întrebat vreodată de ce promisiunea lui Hristos despre întoarcerea Sa a fost amânată? De ce au venit și au plecat miliarde în perioada de la Întruparea Sa, această „ultimă oră” de așteptare de 2000 de ani? Și ce face acest generație mai probabil să vadă venirea Lui înainte ca aceasta să moară?
Without going into any biblical discussion of the signs around us or into the prophetic words of our day, I want to share an image which came to mind in prayer.
The human body is composed of billions of cells. Each day, billions of those cells die and billions are created. But the body itself continues to develop. So it is with the visible Body of Christ. Souls come and go, but the Body continues to be built up. The question is, “till when?”
…until we all attain to the unity of faith and knowledge of the son of God, to mature manhood, to the extent of the full stature of Christ. (Efeseni 4: 13)
There will come a time when the Body of Christ will have completed its “development” — when it will be ready ca mireasă to receive her Bridegroom. When?

Learn a lesson from the fig tree. When its branch becomes tender and sprouts leaves, you know that summer is near. In the same way, when you see all these things, know that he is near, at the gates. (Matei 24: 32-33)
