MANJE nansi into, bafowethu nodadewethu abathandekayo: impilo yangaphakathi, njengebhaluni lomoya oshisayo, ayinayo eyodwa, kodwa ezimbili izishisi. INkosi yethu yayicacisa kahle ngalokhu lapho ithi:

Wothanda iNkosi uNkulunkulu wakho…. Futhi, wothanda umakhelwane wakho njengalokhu uzithanda wena. (Marku 12:33)

Konke engikushilo kuze kube manje mayelana nokukhuphuka eMoyeni ngiye ebunyeni noNkulunkulu uzakuthathwa ukuthi isishisi sesibili sikhanyisiwe futhi siyadubula futhi. Isishisi sokuqala ukuthanda iNkosi uNkulunkulu wakho, esikwenza kakhulu empilweni yangaphakathi yomkhuleko. Kodwa-ke uthi, uma ungithanda ngempela, “yondla izimvu zami”; uma ungithanda ngokweqiniso, thanda umakhelwane wakho owenziwe ngomfanekiso wami; uma ungithanda ngempela, ngakho-ke dlisa, gqokisa, futhi ungivakashele nakubafowenu abancane. Uthando ngomakhelwane wethu ngu umshisi wesibili. Ngaphandle kwalo mlilo wothando komunye, inhliziyo ngeke ikwazi ukukhuphukela ezindaweni eziphakeme zobumbano noNkulunkulu ngubani uthando, futhi izomisa nje phezulu, okungenani, ngaphezu komhlaba wezinto zesikhashana.

Uma umuntu ethi: “Ngiyamthanda uNkulunkulu,” kepha ezonda umzalwane wakhe, ungumqambimanga; ngoba noma ngubani ongathandi umzalwane ambonileyo angemthande uNkulunkulu angambonanga. Yilo umyalo esinawo uvela kuye: yilowo nalowo othanda uNkulunkulu makathande nomzalwane wakhe. (1 Johane 4: 20-21)

Impilo yangaphakathi yomkhuleko akuyona nje ubizo nje wenhlanganyelo noNkulunkulu, kodwa a ikhomishini ukuphuma uye emhlabeni futhi udonsele abanye kulolu thando olusindisayo nokuhlangana. Ngakho-ke, ama-burner amabili asebenza ngasikhathi sinye, ngoba singathanda abanye kuphela uma thina ngokwethu sazi ukuthi sithandwa ngothando olungenamibandela, esiluthola ebudlelwaneni bomuntu siqu bomkhuleko. Singabaxolela abanye kuphela lapho sazi ukuthi nathi sixolelwe. Singaletha kuphela i- ukukhanya futhi ukushisa kaKristu kwabanye lapho thina uqobo sithintiwe, sizungezwe, futhi sagcwaliswa yilomfudumalo nothando olufanayo. Lokhu kusho ukuthi umthandazo uyakwandisa “ibhaluni” lezinhliziyo zethu, uvule isikhala Uthando—Lolo thando lwaphezulu lona kuphela olukwazi ukuhlaba ekujuleni kwezinhliziyo zabantu.

UJesu akashongo ukuthi umhlaba uzokhomba abalandeli baKhe ngempilo ejulile yemikhuleko. Kunalokho,

Ngalokho bonke abantu bazokwazi ukuthi ningabafundi bami, uma nithandana. (Johane 13:35)

Ngokuqinisekile, umphefumulo wabaphostoli, inhliziyo yobizo lokuba ngumama nobaba, umoya wempilo yezenkolo nowabapristi, ababhishobhi kanye nopapa umkhuleko. Ngoba ngaphandle kwalokhu kuhlala kuJesu, asikwazi ukuthela izithelo. Kepha njengoba ngishilo ekuqaleni kule Retreat, lokhu kuhlala kuJesu kungumthandazo futhi ukwethembeka.

Uma nigcina imiyalo yami, niyakuhlala othandweni lwami… Yilo umyalo wami wokuba nithandane, njengalokho nginithandile. (Johane 15:10, 12)

Isishisi ngasinye sishiswa “ilambu lokushayela” elifanayo lesifiso: ukukhetha okuqondayo kwentando yokuthanda uNkulunkulu nomakhelwane. Sibona isibonelo esiphelele salokhu kuMama Obusisiwe lapho, ngokunganaki ukukhathala kwakhe ezinyangeni zokuqala zokukhulelwa kwakhe, wasuka wawela intaba eyosiza umzala wakhe u-Elizabeth. Impilo kaMariya engaphakathi kwakunguJesu, ngokoqobo nangokomoya. Futhi lapho efika phambi komzala wakhe, sizwa u-Elizabeth ethi:

Kwenzeka kanjani kimi ukuthi unina weNkosi yami eze kimi? Ngoba kuthe ngesikhathi sokubingelela kwakho kufinyelela ezindlebeni zami, usana olusesiswini sami lwagxuma ngokuthokoza. (Luka 1: 43-44)

Lapha siyabona ukuthi umfundi weqiniso kaNkulunkulu — owesilisa noma owesifazane oneLangabi Lothando, onguJesu, ovutha ezinhliziyweni zabo futhi ongakufihli ngaphansi kwesitsha — naye uba "ngukukhanya kwezwe."  [1]isib. Mat 5:14 Impilo yabo yangaphakathi ibonakala ngendlela engaphezu kwemvelo abanye abangakwazi ukuyibona ezinhliziyweni zabo, ngaphandle kwamazwi, njengoba kubonwe lapho uJohane uMbhapathizi egxuma esibelethweni sika-Elizabeth. Okungukuthi, isiqu sikaMariya sonke sasikhona isiprofetho; futhi impilo engokwesiprofetho ileyo “embula imicabango yezinhliziyo eziningi.” [2]isib. ULuka 2:35 Kubangela ngaphakathi kubo ukulambela izinto zikaNkulunkulu, noma inzondo ngezinto zikaNkulunkulu. Njengoba uSt. John asho,

Fakaza kuJesu umoya wesiphrofetho. (IsAm 19:10)

Uyabona-ke, umthandazo ngaphandle kwenkonzo, noma inkonzo ngaphandle komkhuleko, izoshiya noma ngubani ehlwempu. Uma sithandaza futhi siye eMiseni, kodwa singathandi, khona-ke siyalihlambalaza iVangeli. Uma sikhonza futhi sisiza abanye, kodwa ilangabi lothando ngoNkulunkulu luhlala lungakhanyisiwe, lapho-ke siyehluleka ukudlulisa amandla aguqulayo othando, "okuwubufakazi ngoJesu." Kunomehluko omkhulu phakathi kwabaNgcwele kanye nabasebenzi bezenhlalakahle. Abasebenzi bezenhlalakahle bashiya umkhondo wezenzo ezinhle, abanye ngokuvamile abazikhohlwa ngokushesha; Abangcwele bashiya iphunga likaKristu elihlala amakhulu eminyaka.

Ekuphetheni-ke, siyabona kwembulwa manje indlela yesikhombisa okuvula izinhliziyo zethu ebukhoneni bukaNkulunkulu:

Babusisiwe abalamulayo, ngokuba bayakuthiwa abantwana bakaNkulunkulu. (Math 5: 9)

Ukuba ngumenzi wokuthula akukhona nje ukuqeda izingxabano, kepha ukuletha ukuthula kukaKristu nomaphi lapho uya khona. Siba ngabathwali bokuthula kukaNkulunkulu lapho, njengoMariya, impilo yethu yangaphakathi inguJesu futhi, lapho…

… Ngiyaphila, akusengimi, kodwa nguKristu ophila kimi… (Gal 2:19)

Umphefumulo onjalo awukwazi ukusiza kepha ulethe ukuthula nomaphi lapho beya khona. Njengoba uSt. Seraphim waseSarov asho, "Thola umoya wokuthula, futhi kuzungezwe izinkulungwane ezikuzungezile."

Ukuthula akukhona nje ukungabi khona kwempi, futhi akukhawulelwanga ekugcineni amandla alinganayo phakathi kwabaphikisi… Ukuthula "ukuthula kohlelo." Ukuthula kungumsebenzi wobulungiswa nomphumela wesisa senhliziyo. -Ikhathekizimu leSonto LamaKatolika, hhayi. 2304

U-Elizabeth wazibonela lo "mphumela womusa" ngokuba khona nje kukaMariya, ngoba uMama wethu wayephethe phakathi kwakhe iSikhulu Sokuthula. Futhi-ke, impendulo ka-Elizabeth isebenza nakithi:

Nibusisiwe nina enakholwa ukuthi lokho okwakhulunywa kini yiNkosi kuzofezeka. (Luka 1:45)

Ngo “yebo” wethu uqobo kuNkulunkulu ngomkhuleko futhi ukusebenzela abanye, nathi sizobusiswa, njengoba izinhliziyo zethu zigcwaliswa ngothando, ukukhanya nobukhona bukaNkulunkulu.

 

ISIFINYEZO NOMBHALO

Lapho ama-burner amabili we uthando lukaNkulunkulu futhi ukuthanda umakhelwane zikhanyisiwe, sikhanya njengebhaluni lomoya elishisayo elikhanya esibhakabhakeni sasebusuku.

Ngoba uNkulunkulu nguye, osebenzela inhloso yakhe enhle, osebenza kini kokubili ukufisa nokusebenza. Yenza konke ngaphandle kokukhononda noma ukubuza, ukuze ungabi nacala futhi ungenacala, abantwana bakaNkulunkulu abangenasici phakathi kwesizukulwane esigwegwile nesiphambeneyo, phakathi kwabo enikhanya njengezibani emhlabeni. (Fil 2: 13-15)
