Last month, I wrote an appeal for support to my readers (see Moving Forward Together). I want to say how grateful I am to those who responded. But this is also an opportunity for me to apologize to all those who sent letters via the postal system. While I am caught up on thank-you emails, I have fallen woefully behind on getting thank-yous out to those of you who have taken the time to write in pen and ink over the past two years.
