The Blessed Mother is here to convert
and reconcile the whole world… it will happen.

It is hard to imagine a world where nations will be reconciled, especially as governments across the globe are telling their citizens to prepare for everything from cyber attacks to war.[1]cf. Something Great is About to Happen This, while Islam is steadily spreading throughout Western nations[2]cf. A Catholic Answer to the Refugee Crisis and The Suicide of the West and social unrest continues to spill into the streets as youth increasingly demand Communism to deliver them from so-called “Fascism.”
If it were not for Christ’s own words, one would not dare to dream of unity:
…they will hear My voice, and there will be one flock, one shepherd. (John 10:16)
Indeed, throughout God’s Word, it speaks of a coming unity: swords will be beaten into plowshares,[3]cf. Micah 4:3 justice and peace will “kiss,”[4]Psalm 85:11 and, for a “period,” peace will reign to the ends of the earth while Satan’s power is chained.[5]Rev 20:1-6; cf. The Thousand Years and The Coming Sabbath Rest
He shall judge between the nations, and set terms for many peoples. They shall beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks; one nation shall not raise the sword against another, nor shall they train for war again. (Isaiah 2:4); cf. The Day of Justice
The Early Church Fathers understood this literally, as have numerous popes, while approved and credible prophetic revelations affirm Sacred Tradition. Pope Pius XI aptly sums up 2000 years of expectant prophecy:
“And they shall hear my voice, and there shall be one fold and one shepherd.” May God… shortly bring to fulfillment His prophecy for transforming this consoling vision of the future into a present reality… The Pope, no matter who he shall be, will always repeat the words: “I think thoughts of peace not of affliction” (Jeremias xxix, 11), thoughts of a true peace which is founded on justice and which permit him truthfully to say: “Justice and Peace have kissed” (Psalms lxxxiv, 11)… It is God’s task to bring about this happy hour and to make it known to all… When it does arrive, it will turn out to be a solemn hour, one big with consequences not only for the restoration of the Kingdom of Christ, but for the pacification of… the world…. We pray most fervently, and ask others likewise to pray for this much-desired pacification of society. —POPE PIUS XI, Ubi Arcani dei Consilioi “On the Peace of Christ in his Kingdom”, December 23, 1922
The prevailing question at this hour is how?
The Woman Clothed in the Sun
The answer is hinted at in the Twelfth chapter of Revelation.
A great sign appeared in the sky, a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars. She was with child and wailed aloud in pain as she labored to give birth. (Revelation 12:1-2)
From the beginning in Genesis 3:15, God declared that there would be a battle between this Woman and the serpent, her offspring and Satan’s. Some fundamentalist Christians claim that this role ascribed to the Virgin Mary somehow detracts from Jesus as Lord and Savior. But the Catechism of the Catholic Church explains:
Mary’s function as mother of men in no way obscures or diminishes this unique mediation of Christ, but rather shows its power… the Blessed Virgin’s salutary influence on men… flows forth from the superabundance of the merits of Christ, rests on His mediation, depends entirely on it, and draws all its power from it. —n. 970; cf. Lumen Gentium, 62
Jesus shows how powerful He is precisely by working through mere creatures such as you and me, and of course, the Blessed Mother whose heel will crush the serpent.[6]“she shall crush your head, and you shall lie in wait for her heel” (Gen 3:15, Douay-Rheims.) Says Pope John Paul II: “…this version [in the Latin] does not agree with the Hebrew text, in which it is not the woman but her offspring, her descendant, who will bruise the serpent’s head. This text then does not attribute the victory over Satan to Mary but to her Son. Nevertheless, since the biblical concept establishes a profound solidarity between the parent and the offspring, the depiction of the Immaculata crushing the serpent, not by her own power but through the grace of her Son, is consistent with the original meaning of the passage.” (POPE JOHN PAUL II, “Mary’s Emnity toward Satan was Absolute”; General Audience, May 29th, 1996; ewtn.com.) The footnote in the Douay-Rheims agrees: “The sense is the same: for it is by her seed, Jesus Christ, that the woman crushes the serpent’s head.” (Footnote, p. 8; Baronius Press Limited, London, 2003) Or do you deny Christ’s own words to His Church, which Mary belongs to?
Behold, I have given you the power ‘to tread upon serpents’ and scorpions and upon the full force of the enemy and nothing will harm you. (Luke 10:19)
Jesus also reveals His power in sending His Mother or the Saints to speak and appear to the Church militant on earth, which, as I explained in an earlier reflection, is thoroughly biblical (see Can Mary Speak to Us?). And so, Our Lady has appeared at the end of this age to carry out the ordained plan of God, which, as Pius X and XI taught, is the “restoration of the Kingdom of Christ.”
Here, we’re not speaking of millenarian utopia,[7]cf. Millenarianism – What it is and is Not but a Kingdom within the hearts of the faithful that will be restored (cf. The Resurrection of the Church) — the Kingdom of the Divine Will that we invoke every single day in the “Our Father.” And this coming of His Kingdom will have “big… consequences” for the world.
The Mother of All Nations
In the first days of the Church-sanctioned apparitions in Medjugorje,[8]cf. Medjugorje… and Hairsplitting Our Lady began to reveal “secrets” to the six seers; ten in total would be revealed. Most of the seers are now in their early sixties.

The six seers of Medjugorje
What Our Lady prophesied in Fatima, “what she started,” says seer Mirjana Dragičević Soldo, “through these Ten Secrets, it will be finished in Medjugorje. Her Heart will win — she will win the part in this war. Everything will be finished in Medjugorje.”[9]Medjugorje: A time for Truth, A Time for Action, 10, Dennis Nolan; cited in Ten Secrets: The Hidden Prophecies of Medjugorje and the Path to Peace by Dr. Thomas Petrisko, p. 196
We are told that the First and Second secrets are warnings that will break the power of Satan; the Third secret will be an indestructible Sign, a miracle that will be left on Apparition Hill until the end of time. The remaining secrets portend both the self-induced chastisements of man, such as perhaps war, famine, and plagues, as well as the purification of the world.[10]cf. The Day of Justice “[Russia] will spread her errors throughout the world, causing wars and persecutions of the Church,” said Our Lady of Fatima.
The good will be martyred; the Holy Father will have much to suffer; various nations will be annihilated. In the end, my Immaculate Heart will Triumph… and a period of peace will be granted to the world. —Message of Fatima, vatican.va
Presently, the world is as she predicted. “A fire of hatred and wars is spreading in the hearts of people,” warned Our Lady of Medjugorje in October.[11]cf. Countdown to the Kingdom But it’s in this very context that Mary began appearing in Medjugorje.
…Mary is the Mother who warns her children. Many people have a problem with Medjugorje, with the fact that the apparitions last too long. They do not understand. But the message is given in a specific context, it corresponds to the situation of the country. The message insists on peace, on the relations between Catholics, Orthodox and Muslims. There, you find the key to the comprehension of what is happening in the world and of its future. —POPE JOHN PAUL II, Revised Medjugorje: the 90’s, The Triumph of the Heart by Sr. Emmanuel Maillard; pg. 196
Mary is Key
Mary, in fact, is the key to understanding our times.[12]cf. The Marian Dimension of the Storm Pope Paul VI taught that…
Knowledge of the true Catholic doctrine regarding the Blessed Virgin Mary will always be a key to the exact understanding of the mystery of Christ and of the Church. —November 21, 1964: AAS 56 (1964) 1015; Redemptoris Mater, n. 47
Scripture says that Adam “gave his wife the name ‘Eve,’ because she was the mother of all the living.”[13]Genesis 3:20 As Christ is the new Adam,[14]cf. 1 Cor 15:22, 45 Mary is the new Eve, who has become the Woman laboring to give birth to all her children: Catholics, Orthodox, Muslims, Jews… if possible, everyone — for Christ “wills everyone to be saved and to come to knowledge of the truth.”[15]1 Timothy 2:4 Thus, this Woman plays a central role in Christ’s plan for the salvation of the world.
Here, I am not speaking of syncretism — a hodgepodge amalgamation of all religions (that’s Freemasonry’s goal). Rather, it is a unity through Jesus Christ, the only Savior and Lord of mankind, into the one true Church founded on Peter.[16]cf. Matt 24:14 Put another way, Pope Pius XI said:
The Catholic Church, which is the kingdom of Christ on earth, [is] destined to be spread among all men and all nations… —POPE PIUS XI, Quas Primas, Encyclical, n. 12, Dec. 11th, 1925; cf. Matt 24:14
This gospel of the kingdom will be preached throughout the world as a witness to all nations, and then the end will come. (Matthew 24:14)
The Final Confrontation… and Counterfeit
The problem is worldwide!… We are experiencing a moment of the annihilation of man as the image of God. —POPE FRANCIS, Meeting with Polish Bishops for World Youth Day, July 27th, 2016; vatican.va
The New Age which is dawning will be peopled by perfect, androgynous beings who are totally in command of the cosmic laws of nature. In this scenario, Christianity has to be eliminated and give way to a global religion and a new world order. —Jesus Christ, The Bearer of the Water of Life, n. 4, Pontifical Councils for Culture and Inter-religious Dialogue
In seeking bliss and immortality humans are in fact trying to upgrade themselves into gods. —Yuval Noah Harari, advisor to the Davos Group and World Economic Forum, The Guardian, March 19, 2017 from his book Homo Deus
Faith is like a fire. A person himself must be on fire in order to be able to transmit it. Watch over this sacred fire! May it be your heart in the depths of the winter of the West. When a fire illumines the night, people gradually gather around it. That must be your hope. —Cardinal Robert Sarah, The Day is Far Spent (Ignatius Press), p. 222
When you breathe your Spirit into them, they are restored and the face of the earth is renewed. Send this all-consuming Spirit upon the earth to create priests who burn with this same fire and whose ministry will renew the face of the earth and reform your Church. —Prayer for Missionaries, montfort.org…trusting in the protection of Mary the Virgin Immaculate, who not long ago We directed should be universally invoked as “Queen of Peace”… We humbly implore the Holy Ghost the Paraclete that He may “graciously grant to the Church the gifts of unity and peace”, and may renew the face of the earth by a fresh outpouring of His charity for the salvation of all. —POPE BENEDICT XV, Pacem Dei Munus Pulcherrimum, May 23, 1920; note: when the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared in Medjugorje, many witnesses saw the word “MIR” in the skies, which means “peace.” Our Lady told the children that she was coming to them as the “Queen of Peace.”
On this universal level,
if victory comes
it will be brought by Mary.
Christ will conquer through her
because He wants the Church’s victories
now and in the future
to be linked to her…
—POPE JOHN PAUL II, Crossing the Threshold of Hope, p. 221
Pray!
Difficult times are coming, difficult times.
Call out!
Victory, when it comes, will be the victory
of Our Blessed Mother.
