But that ocean would be but a droplet compared to the Ocean of Mercy that flows from the Heart of Christ. There is no One more interested, more invested, or burning with more desire for the salvation of your family members than Jesus Christ who suffered and died for them. Nonetheless, what can you do when, despite your prayers and best efforts, your children continue to reject their Christian faith creating all kinds of internal problems, divisions, and angst in your family or their lives? Great divisions are exploding throughout the world. The news cycle is almost entirely dominated now by a deepening hatred that is possessing nations, neighbours, and families. It’s spilling out into violence and war, mass shootings and murder, hatred and verbal attacks that are impacting us all. As a Protestant, I have problems with you continually referring to messages reportedly from the mother of Jesus, for whom there is no biblical suggestion that she even communicates with us humans. Mary was a sinner, as we are, even though we should honor her. I appreciate your blog when you use biblical references and also those of great saints in the church. Being a Catholic should not keep you from asking yourself those types of questions.

Every year at this time, there is the predictable lament that the “meaning of Christmas” has been lost. No doubt, it’s been heavily commercialized, whether by corporations, Hollywood, or the music industry. As such, Christians might be tempted to heap scorn upon the culture, venting our indignation and dismay at how Christmas has been hijacked. 

And yet, whether people understand this Christian Feast or not, they still benefit from the effects of this time as Christmas Day draws near. It’s like the minutes before dawn, when the first light begins to scatter the darkness, transforming the horizon’s gloomy clouds into burning embers that herald the coming of the Sun. Even if one were so engaged and caught up in his own affairs that he was completely oblivious to the sunrise, he would still benefit from all the effects of the light and heat of the Sun’s rays.Continue reading →

Reading the words of Jesus to Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta, you begin to understand that the coming of the Kingdom of the Divine Will, as we pray each day in the Our Father, is the single greatest objective of Heaven. “I want to raise the creature back to her origin,” Jesus said to Luisa, “…that my Will be known, loved, and done on earth as It is in Heaven.” [1]Vol. 19, June 6, 1926 Jesus even says that the glory of the Angels and Saints in Heaven “will not be complete if my Will does not have Its complete triumph on earth.”

It’s estimated that a quarter to a third of Facebook and X accounts are fake, constituting hundreds of millions of false users that are merely programmed or bots. First, let me say how grateful I am for the support that has poured in from all over the world — Switzerland, India, Australia, Germany, Austria, the United States, etc. This includes letters from Carmelite Monasteries, priests, deacons, and laity alike. To be honest, it always catches me by surprise. For the enemy is always a step behind me whispering, “No one is listening. They don’t care. You’re wasting your breath. These are surreal days. Even for me, after writing about these things for 20 years, it’s surreal to see them being fulfilled in real time.

For instance, in 2007 I sensed the Spirit warning of The Great Vacuum the Church has largely left in the world by a lack of true shepherding and public sins. That article spoke of how the youth are being prepped to follow a false gospel, if not become violent persecutors, through a barrage of propaganda and corrupt entertainment. A revolutionary spirit was being stirred in them. That article also spoke of how God is simultaneously forming an Army of Light — if not martyrs — for these times, and ultimately predicted the hour through which we are now living. It’s a warning that has come to fruition as the armies of light and darkness have been formed, for the teenagers of yesterday (when I wrote that) are now the young adults of today.Continue reading →
